Heart Risk Assess (Cardiovascular)

Cardiovascular disease (heart attack or stroke) is the leading cause of death in NZ.  Almost 1 in 3 deaths in New Zealand are caused by Cardiovascular disease.

A heart check (or cardiovascular risk assessment) will let you know what your risk is of having a heart attack or stroke in the next 5 years and how you can reduce that risk.
Book through reception for a heart risk assessment. Blood samples may be needed prior to your appointment.
