A repeat prescription service is available for enrolled patients whose medical conditions are stable and unlikely to cause side effects or complications.
This service is at your doctor’s discretion and is usually discussed during a 15-minute face-to-face medication consult. In some cases, you may be eligible for an extended prescription (6 or 12 months). Please refer to our Extended Prescribing Policy.
For your wellbeing, a consultation with your registered GP is required, please book a consult via myIndici or call reception
Your GP will match the length of your prescription to when you next need a review. This means you won’t usually need to request a repeat between GP visits. Prescription lengths are based on clinical safety and best practice.
Repeat prescriptions are still available when appropriate, but they are no longer the main way ongoing medications are managed.
Enrolled patients can order repeat prescriptions via the patient portal, myIndici.

The prescription charge is to cover the time it takes to check and generate your prescription, and includes nurse, doctor and administration components. Please note, some pharmacies may have their own charges for dispensing a prescription.
