We are moving to new system, Indici, from Monday 21 July 2025. Leading up to this change, we will have fewer team members available on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th July as our team undertakes training.
On Friday 18th July will we close early at 1pm to allow for the change of system to take place.
On Monday 21 July, ‘go-live’ day, we will have slightly fewer appointments available as we need to allow extra time for our team to adjust to using the new system.
We will experience some new ways of doing things, perhaps some teething issues will arise. We appreciate your understanding and patience whilst we adjust to the new system.
