Our comprehensive pre-travel consultations provide personalised advice based on your destination, planned activities, length of travel, medical history, and vaccination status. We offer expert guidance to help you minimise health risks and enjoy your travels with confidence.
Meet Kim
Our travel clinic is run by our Nurse Prescriber Kim. Kim is passionate about travel and has travelled extensively.
She has studied travel medicine and is an authorised Yellow Fever vaccinator.
Kim provides personalised travel advice based on your destination and planned activities and can prescribe common travel medications tailored to your needs.
Authorised Yellow Fever Vaccination Provider
Cashmere Health is an authorised Yellow Fever vaccination provider.
A dedicated Yellow Fever consultation is required to assess your eligibility and travel requirements.
If you are travelling to countries with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission, including parts of tropical South America and sub-Saharan Africa, we can provide assessment, vaccination, and certification where appropriate.
Please note that due to the additional administration requirements associated with Yellow Fever vaccination, family and group consultation discounts do not apply.

Vaccination Timing
Most vaccinations can be administered on the same day as your consultation. However, some vaccines require multiple doses, special ordering, or approval processes, which may require follow-up appointments.

To ensure we can provide the most appropriate advice and recommendations, please complete the following steps before your consultation.
Complete a Pre-Travel Questionnaire
Complete our Pre-Travel Questionnaire so we can review your destination, travel plans, and health requirements before your appointment.

Email your completed questionnaire to reception@cashmerehealth.co.nz before your appointment.
Bring Vaccination Records
Bring details of any previous travel vaccinations or immunisation records so we can provide the most accurate recommendations.
Bring Your Passport
If a Yellow Fever vaccination may be required, please bring your passport so certification can be completed correctly.
When Should I Book?
Ideally, you should book your travel consultation at least 4–8 weeks before departure.
Some vaccines require a series of doses over several weeks to provide full protection.
If you are planning an extended trip, travelling with young children, or visiting remote destinations, earlier planning is recommended.
