Having grown up in North Canterbury, spent some time at University of Otago, and then my early medical career days in Nelson, I am excited about being back in the Canterbury area.
I enjoy all aspects of General Practice, but most importantly, my patients. For me, being a GP, is getting to know your patients, their families, and their community, as this is the bigger picture of your health journey.
I have done extra training in Paediatrics and Women’s Health, and thoroughly enjoy these areas, but the last 7 years I have looked after a lot of the retired and elderly population of Motueka – so feel comfortable in helping you through all of life’s stages.
I am joining the Cashmere team in 2025, following maternity leave with my 3rd child. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors with my family – biking, hiking, kayaking, beaching. I love a good book…and I will love cooking again one day once my kids move on from eating beige foods.
